Alright..ive spent a WEEK trying to resize my hard drive with about 20 tools! and NONE are free! What im trying to do is resize my 40GB hard drive to 35GB to give myself 5GB unallocated space...in which i will format a linux partition and install SuSe. Could any Please give me a free tool to resize and help me pull off this job, it will be greatly appreciated!

I have you tried Digital Dolly 1.0? It is a 40+mb download but is has a partition resizing program. Runs from a CD in a RedHat GUI.
Warning! Resizing a partition is a destructive process. Backup EVERYTHING before attempting to resize or otherwise modify a drive or partition.
