Windows Movie Maker Version 2

My movie maker is working fine but all of my effects and video transitions is gone! I don't know how to download the effects back and the transitions!! Can you give me the links to download them? And how do I install them after I downloaded 'em? And besides Windows movie maker, what is the best choice of another movie maker(Video editing) program? Thanks.. :thumbsup:
