BleepingComputer.com: Limit Browsing/make My Documents Private

Hi guys! Can someone help me please? I wud like my pc to limit browsing to certain websites only bcoz my brother always use my pc for porn which causes my pc to be infected by viruses. Please help me.

Another one, i wud like to make my documents private so that other user (other user account) of my pc cant see and edit my documents. however when i right click the folder, go to PROPERTIES then to SHARING, i cant check the option MAKE THIS FOLDER PRIVATE coz its unable (cant check and uncheck). I dont know why. Please please give me an advise.. Thank you very much guys.

Which browser do you use?
Which operating system do you have?

If this is your PC, set a password on your computer, and all problems solved.
Without the password, he won't be able to log on to the computer.
