Hi,
I have Window Vista Home Premium (got from HP Express Upgrade) and did an upgrade from XP SP2 to Vista Home Premium. I have also found out that my performance is pretty bad, little bit lag in games. So I was hoping to do a clean install. So can I do a clean install even if I already activated my vista home premium when upgrading?

You can, but you'll have to re-activate your copy of Vista over the phone with MS.

Can you tell me how to reactivate it by email.
Why do we need to reactivate?

Hi,
Just to give addictional information,
I am going to reinstall it on the same computer so does that mean I still have to reactivate my product key?

When you re-install Vista, you will be prompted again to enter your product key and you will need to activate it just like you did the first time.

You shouldn't have a problem, since all of the hardware is the same for that key, but if you do, then you should try to activate by phone.

I know you think you understand what you thought I said,
but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant!
