the Download Link for it is right Here  EDIT: I've edited your link. There have been some people getting spyware/malware problems from some of the downloads, at Downloads.com. Actually the strength and true value of this program is not it's ability to block cookies but in it's ablilty to block malicious ActiveX programs.
