Hello,

when you are finished with norton, download and run the removal tool http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgen...005033108162039 just so it doesn't leave traces.
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/ind...on+replacements lists a good selection of free AV products.

Hope this helps

After you've run the NAV uninstall and installed you're new AV, I'd add these 2 to the other 2.
Remember to update and scan weekly.

See BC's List of Virus & Malware Resources.
See BC's Freeware Replacements For Common Commercial Apps.

If you don't mind paying for an Antivirus programs, then I would recommend either Kaspersky Anti-Virus Personal 6.0 or NOD32 Anti-Virus Personal.
