when you are finished with norton, download and run the removal tool http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgen...005033108162039 just so it doesn't leave traces. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/ind...on+replacements lists a good selection of free AV products. After you've run the NAV uninstall and installed you're new AV, I'd add these 2 to the other 2.
