Problem Uninstalling Nod32 Trial?

Problem Uninstalling Nod32 Trial?

Member Group: Members Posts: 131 Joined: 21-February 07 Member No.: 113,263	I have tried the NOD32 Trial version and now I wanted to try the Kaspersky trial. After uninstalling NOD32, I installed Kaspersky and rebooted my computer (I think I should have rebooted right after uninstalling NOD32, but chose to install Kaspersky first and then reboot). After rebooting, I discovered that NOD32 is still starting at system startup and all the files are still intact except for the uninstaller file! (I discovered this when I went to start all programs eset uninstall NOD32 and Windows could not find the file). I checked My Computer C Program Files Eset and yes, all the files are there except for the uninstaller! Furthermore, NOD32 does not appear in the Add/Remove Programs! How do I fix this mess?! -------------------- Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former. Albert Einstein US (German-born) physicist (1879 - 1955) I support this theory and all others from Einstein (even his theory on a static universe) Not really!

Make sure the program is disabled, before uninstalling. -------------------- I love being married. It's so great to find that one special person you want to annoy, for the rest of your life.
