Server Will Not Show Up On My Network...

I can ping it, I can get to any of the shares but when i look the MY NETWORK PLACES and look at all the servers and pc's on the network, this one server does not show up???

Are they in the same workgroup/domain?

Yes, all 3 servers and all user machines are on the same domain.
