BleepingComputer.com: Error 1327 Invalid Drive F

Am fairly new to the pc installation and AS400 processes. Currently trying to install lotus123 to a new fujitsu s7110 laptop (windows XP Pro OS) and received the above error. I have a 80G hard drive which I've partitioned to C: (50G) and D:(30 G), E drive is the DVD drive.

Tried the suggested fix on http://consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=Q110636. I followed this and renamed the DVD drive as F and it produced a different error message - "1303 The installer has insufficient privileges to access the directory f:\lotus\work\123. The installation cannot continue. Logon as an administrator or contact your system administrator." Logging on as the administrator did not correct the problem either.

Does anyone have a fix for this problem? Would greatly appreciate any input/suggestions. Thanks !!!
