The forum guidelines states
No subject matter will be allowed whose purpose is to defeat existing copyright or security measures. If a user persists and/or the activity is obviously illegal the staff reserves the right to remove such content and/or ban the user.
You won't get any help for getting around a block someone else has placed on your computer.

If the security measures are by parents or schools or businesses, they are there for a reason. You need to have the entitity who placed them take them away. Other than that, the rules as stated by the reply are what we go by.
