Furthermore, when I right click and click properties it says in the Device Status, Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device. (yes I have hit troubleshoot) Please help me with my problem. -------------------- Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.

Try uninstalling it, turn your computer on/off, reinstall it and see if it corrects itself, if not your dive may be bad.
