Raid 5 Data Recovery Two failed drives

I have a Raid 5 array on a Dell 1600 running Windows 2k with
three 36GB Seagate SCSI drives. Had to replace the power
supply, and now it appears that two of the hard drives have
failed. Is it possible to recover the data?

What do you mean by '2 drives failed'. Stopped spinning? Won't register in the RAID card?

(this doesn't really belong in the networking forum tho)
