Websense Question

Hi community :flowers: , i have a question about websense well obiously im at my work and the network administrators has block our server with websense :trumpet: so we cant access youtube or any category site that they wish to block we have try public proxy sites :inlove: that are https and they work but not for streaming media or some other things so im posting this to see if someboby knows how to avoid the wensense or how to use another computer that is on a server that has no wensense as a proxy i know is possible because we have use one but now is not available is there a program to do that and how can i do that
