Corrupted Savegame

Please help me, I've lost my savegames for GTA SA during disk format. I downloaded this savegame http://www.gtasavegames.com/savegamesf/227 to be able to play it again but it says "corrupted savegame". Please help me I don't know what to do. Thanks.
