Damn Viruses

i no exactly wots up and ive tried everything but i cant sort it any help wud be really good.
i think i have a virus in my incomplete dowloads files as i cant open it, i cant delete it, and when i run i virus scan it cant go past my incomplete download file, when every i try any of the above i get the message 'windows explorer has encounted a proplem and must close do u want to send an error report' and all that crap any ideas any one wud be ace thx in advance. LD

If that is unsuccessful follow the instructions below.
Install Super Antispyware. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

Run the online scan for Bit Defender in normal mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

Post a Hijack This log in the appropriate forum by following the directions in the link below.

Right click the folder, and select Properties.
Make sure it's not set to Read-only.
If it is, uncheck it, click Apply, and click OK.
Now try to delete it.
If none of the above works, here are a couple of programs, you can try:
Eraser
Unlocker
Delete DEoctor
Start up in safe mode and try to do that.

also none of the downloads worked as they also just sed 'this program has encounted a proplem and must close ' but again thx for the help.

Thus, we ask you to please be patient while waiting for assistance and NOT to make further changes to your computer (install/uninstall programs, use special fix tools, delete files, edit the registry, etc.) unless advised by a HJT Team member. Any modifications you make can result in system changes which may not show it the log you already posted. Further, following advice outside of that post may cause confusion for the team member assisting you and could complicate the malware removal process which would extend the time it takes to clean your computer.
