Making Ps Files Eps Files Work In Gimp I know there is a thread but can't find it

I saw the thread before but can't find it. I want to edit a eps or ps (I know they are the same) in Gimp.
I think it is a file that you use in illustrator and you make it as big or small as you want without losing resolution.

I had it set up once before but had to take gimp off and reinstall it.
