Can't Install "the Movies" Something that SHOULD be on my PC isn't there

Hey all... seems like something on my PC is missing... when I try to install The Movies, it says that

MSVCR80.dll wich is required by:
C:\PROGRA~1\WINDOW~4\MpShHook.dll

isn't installed. What should I do?

From what I've read, MpShHook.dll is related to Windows Defender. If you have it installed, you may want to turn it off if you can. Then again, you could have a corrupt file, which means you might need to try to uninstall it, then reinstall it again.
