I Recently DL'ed C&C 3 (looks amazing), I installed it and ran the game, it ran for about 4 seconds before the game froze and i have to reset the computer. I thought it was just that game so i opened up Counter-Strike source, and again 4 seconds into the game and freeze, i think it has something to do with either the Video card driver or direct X.

Any suggestions would be super!

Did this just start happening when you installed C&C3? If it maybe ti is causing a problem. I guess try uninstalling the game to see if that helps.

You might want to check the C&C3 manufacturer's site, if you have not already done so, to see if there are patches available. I had a similar problem with an earlier release (Zerohour) that didn't go away until I downloaded their update.

Same here with Zerohour, but the update certainly helped!
