it has the thing where if its elevated u sit on it then you pull it up to go down?

then the answer is easy it .17.5 pounds per cubic inch

seriously check my book out its called weights and measures for the modern man you may find it in amazon
did'nt sell much though but i bet if you tried my equation it wouldnt be far wrong :thumbsup:

I think the average desk chair is about 250-300 pounds. I sit on mine with my gf on my lap and I weigh around 180 and her about 100 so it hold up 280 well and it's a cheaper chair from staples.
