Howdy,

I have a question regarding SUPERAntiSpyware.

When I run a scan on my user account and the program picks up a couple of items such as "cookies" I click the quarantine button after the scan is complete. I get a window telling me that they have been quarantined and removed.

When I run a scan on the owners account and it picks up something (cookies, etc;) it will quarantine and remove the items, but then I have another window that will pop up telling me in order to completely remove the items I will have to re-boot.

I do not get that window on my user account.

Does anyone know why this is happening ??

Thanks You for your time.

Dennis

If the cookies, etc; are in use, the program will not be able to delete them.
By allowing it to run at re-boot, it can remove the problems, before they have a chance to load up.
Evidently, in your user account, there are no programs calling on the cookies, at the time of deletion.
