If i try to go to the Help and support section on my Vista Machine I get this pop up and it does not work, Can you Help?

YES I DO HAVE AN INTERNET CONNECTION AND IT IS WORKING

Copy and paste this into notepad. Save it as a reg file - for example help.reg

now double click the reg file and (ignore the warning if there is one) and enter it into the reg.
