Are they safe? And do you approve of OperaTor? (is it effective and useful)

If you want to do anomyneous surfing there are other means to do so. The3re are many free proxy servers which will allow you to do so. I am not litterate enough to estimate the impact that has on your security software but in this case

i know about proxies and such but my school has blocked them and so they are unfortunately out of question

anyone else know about the OperaTor and if it is useful or not?

Schools, and most business, have established a computer use policy, and implement it by whatever means.
Any attempt to circumvent such policy exposes these computer systems to a host of viruses, trojans, spyware, dialers, etc.
It is most likely a violation of your schools terms of use for their system, also.
