Does anyone know how or where I could find out step by step how to create a cursor? I have gotten really into creating new graphics and this is one area I am interested in.

I would imagine any imaging program would/could do it... even Windows Paint program.

And when I say any, I really mean every.

All you need to do is know what you want, then go from there. If you're not sure of what you want, then I'm thinking about cursor templates.. (if there is such a terminology).. but there probably is.

Do a search on cursor template software or similar. I'm sure there is something out there waiting for you.

The thing you will want to do is find out where the cursor image is located at on the computer (a good question I must say), and then the file type, .. and then go from there.
