crazy.gif I'm looking to put a new HD in to this machine to get it going as a basic bit of kit for my son. Not looking for fantastic performance, just to get it going again (and him off my machine!). Can anyone advise on compatability of readily available replacements? Cheap is the watchword here!

Hello,

If its a laptop Hdd you want, there are loads of places to search, however the CPX is fairly old, am I right in saying that it has a 10GB hard drive? if so, I would recomend getting a a replacement 10GB one if not then a 20gb and hope that it is supported in the BIOS, it should be.

The above sites have some good prices.

Hope this helps
