Internet Connection cannot connect through my router

I am having problem conncting to the internet via my router. The connction is physical.

I have no web access. However when I go my network the icon show the connection is active . It showing a small number of in and out packets. I have turned off the router with no luck.

I would appreciate any help you can fixing this problem.

What kind of Firewall and Anti virus software are you using?

Please try the following :

Start RUN type cmd
There will be a blackbox and there you type the following :

ping www.google.com

Please post the results after that you type

ipconfig /flushdns

and after that

ipconfig /all and post what you see thanks

thanks for the help.

I ran the three commands. Something happened on all three in a black box. The problem is that the results flashed for a second and then they were gone.
