David has gone away for a little while, and he's asked me to take over this thread; my name is Charles.
Those files you uploaded look like they are legitimate to me, so we will leave them along from now on.
Please print off a copy of these instructions, and also save them to a Notepad file on your desktop, so they are easily accessible.
We are going to boot into Safe Mode later in the fix, and there is no internet access.
Please download ATF Cleaner. Don't run it yet, we'll use it later on.
Scan again with HijackThis and put a checkmark next to each of the following entry (if present):
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {f36f0f7a-041e-46ff-ae2b-1b294ae19f4f} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\46ffntos.dll (file missing)
Then close all other windows--you should only see HijackThis on your Desktop--and click the Fix checked button.
Please reboot your computer into Safe Mode.
This is done by rebooting Windows and pressing F8 at boot/Windows startup, usually right after the beep.
Then select Safe Mode from the list.
Double click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
If you use Firefox browser
Click Firefox at the top and choose Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
Note: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click "No" at the prompt.
If you use Opera browser
Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
Note: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click "No" at the prompt.

I have followed your instruction, however, when I was running ATF cleaner, it cannot clean Java Cache and cause ATF cleaner to freeze. Besides, I also have problems that when I try to log on in www.hsbc.com.hk, the log on button under "personal banking" shows java script:Void(0), that is an importnat site for me and so I hope that you can help me. For the kaspersky results:

It is a good idea to print off these instructions. There is a possibility some of the instructions will need to be carried out where internet access is not available. It is important that you complete the instructions in the right order, and that you don't miss out any steps.
Start HijackThis, close all open windows leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following if still present:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {f36f0f7a-041e-46ff-ae2b-1b294ae19f4f} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\46ffntos.dll (file missing)
Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.
Make sure your Internet Explorer is closed when you click Fix Checked!
Start Killbox.exe
Select the "Delete on Reboot" option.
Click on the "All Files" button (!important!),which will then flash green.
Copy the complete text in bold below to the clipboard by highlighting the filepaths and pressing Control + C:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\byzhlgd.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\dczet.d11
C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\msgsvc.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\ecyjtsg.sys
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\stdio.sys
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ecyjtsg.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\mctet.d11
C:\WINDOWS\system32\msgsvc.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\pnmyv.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ta.tmp
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\ta.tmp
C:\WINDOWS\system32\xqsfs.dll
C:\~de49.tmp
C:\~de50.tmp
C:\~de6.tmp
C:\~deB.tmp
Open 'file' in the killboxmenu on top and choose Paste from clipboard
You must use the file File menu--pasting by right-clicking the mouse will only enter one file.
Then press the button that looks like a red circle with a white X in it.
Killbox will tell you that all listed files will be removed on next reboot and asks if you would like to Reboot now, click "yes".
Click OK at any Pending File Rename Operations prompt, let me know if there appear.
If you don't get that message, reboot manually.
Your computer should reboot now.
Then manually delete these folders:
C:\!KillBox
C:\avenger
C:\WINDOWS\system32\winttrs
I want you to clean your cache and cookies from your internet explorer.
There are a few infected files which need to be removed from your system.
° Close all instances of Internet Explorer .
° Go to your control panel and open "Internet Options".
° Click on the "General" tab.
° Click the "Delete Cookies" button, then the "Delete Files" button.
° When prompted, place a tick in the "Delete all offline content" box and click OK.
Also, please clean other Temporary files and Empty the Recycle Bin
° Go to start and click on the "run" button.
° Type the following in the fox --> cleanmgr and click ok.

We want to create a new, clean restore point. Please first reboot your computer.

Click the System Restore tab near the top of the window.
Uncheck "Turn off System Restore", click Apply, and then click OK.
Click Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools, and select System Restore.

Please download HostsXpert from the following link:
http://www.funkytoad.com/download/HostsXpert.zip

Also, how is the PC running in regards to malware - any popups etc?

How r u? Thanks for your message. The banking site is still not working in my computer, but I have tried other computer, they also show javascript void, but once I click that icon on other computer, the log in window will pop up, so I am not sure what is happening in my computer and I am using firefox and also IE 7. I feel that IE 7 is not as good as 6 but I cannot go back.
My computer is generally working ok, much much better than before, and thanks so much for taking care of me. The following is the Hijack log and I find that the O2 BHO (no name) is still there forever, I don't know how I can delet it and everytime when I run Hijack, CA antivirus will show me a deleted virus called Livuto will appear.

It is a good idea to print off these instructions. There is a possibility some of the instructions will need to be carried out where internet access is not available. It is important that you complete the instructions in the right order, and that you don't miss out any steps.
Launch AVG Anti-Spyware by double-clicking its icon on your desktop or in the system tray.
The main "Status" menu will appear. Select "Change state" to inactivate 'Resident Shield" and Automatic Updates.
Then right click on AVG Anti-Spyware in the system tray and uncheck "Start with Windows".
Go to Start > Run and type: services.msc, and press OK.
Click the "Extended tab" and scroll down the list to find "AVG Anti-Spyware guard"
When you find the guard service, double-click on it.
In the Properties Window > General Tab that opens, click the "Stop" button.
From the drop-down menu next to "Startup Type", click on "Manual".
Now click "Apply", then "OK" and close the Services window.
Reboot your computer.
Then, I see you have Windows Defender running.
The real-time protection may interfere with the fixes, that's why I want you to turn it off.
To turn real-time protection off
Open Windows Defender. (Click Start, click Programs, and then click Windows Defender.)
Click Tools, and then click General Settings.
Under Real-time protection options, Uncheck the Turn on real-time protection (recommended) check box.
Then click Save.
Please open notepad and and copy and paste next bold in it:
(don't forget to copy and paste REGEDIT4)
Quote
[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\f36f0f7a-041e-46ff-ae2b-1b294ae19f4f]
It should look like this:

Doubleclick on it and when it asks you if you want to merge the contents to the registry, click yes/ok.
Now reboot the PC again. If the entry is still there continue with the below instructions:
Now reboot into Safe Mode.
This can be done tapping the F8 key as soon as you start your computer
You will be brought to a menu where you can choose to boot into safe mode.
Make sure you choose the option without networking support.
Now try fixing the entry in safe mode with Hijackthis.
Reboot back to normal mode and post a new Hijackthis log.
Run HijackThis.
Click on Open the Misc Tools Section.
Then press Generate StartupList log, making sure that both boxes next to it are checked.
Select Yes at the prompt.
A Notepad file will open, and will automatically be saved in your HijackThis folder.
Paste this log in your next reply.

It is a good idea to print off these instructions. There is a possibility some of the instructions will need to be carried out where internet access is not available. It is important that you complete the instructions in the right order, and that you don't miss out any steps.
Download KillBox from the following link :
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/killbox.php
Unzip the folder to your desktop.
Start Killbox.exe
Select the "Delete on Reboot" option.
Click on the "All Files" button (!important!),which will then flash green.
Copy the complete text in bold below to the clipboard by highlighting the filepaths and pressing Control + C:
C:\windows\system32\drivers\byzhlgd.sys
C:\windows\system32\drivers\cn_cmt.sys
C:\windows\system32\drivers\ecyjtsg.sys
C:\windows\System32\DRIVERS\elrpzn48.sys
C:\windows\System32\DRIVERS\qhetvi17.sys
C:\windows\system32\drivers\wbeh_d.sys
Open 'file' in the killboxmenu on top and choose Paste from clipboard
You must use the file File menu--pasting by right-clicking the mouse will only enter one file.
Then press the button that looks like a red circle with a white X in it.
Killbox will tell you that all listed files will be removed on next reboot and asks if you would like to Reboot now, click "yes".
Click OK at any Pending File Rename Operations prompt, let me know if there appear.
If you don't get that message, reboot manually.
Your computer should reboot now.
Open notepad and copy and paste the following text in the quote box into the window:
Quote
sc stop cn_cmt
sc stop ecyjtsg
sc stop elrpzn48
sc stop qhetvi17
sc stop wbeh_d
sc delete byzhlgd
sc delete cn_cmt
sc delete ecyjtsg
sc delete elrpzn48
sc delete qhetvi17
sc delete wbeh_d
Save this as fix.bat
Choose to save as all files.
This is how the batch must look afterwards:

Doubleclick fix.bat and let the program run.
A small black dos window will flash, this is normal.
Reboot and post a new startup list.

If everything is running OK on that front, I will redirect you to the place to ask questions for Windows Media Player etc.

Thanks for your message, my computer now is running ok, no more pop ups but IE7 and window media player is not working well. I use firefox only. Besides, I am not sure which anti-spyware I should keep in on, like window defender and or avenger? Please let me know which one I should turn it on since right now I think I only have the CA security center and the anti-spyware there will be expire soon.
Thanks so much for all your help to fight this battle! you win! thanks so much.

Also thanks go to rookie147 for his valued help along the way..
I see a clean log here, there are no signs of malware or anything that may cause the WMP/IE problems you are having. I recommend that you post your question in the following forum as you will recieve better help there.
Let them know you have had your Hijackthis log checked, and it isn't a serious security issue.
