Today when I opened my regcleaner software and checked the startup list (after a very long time) I saw a new program nod32kui with following information. I use nod32 2.70.31 antivirus .

Program:nod32kui
Path:C:\Program Files\Eset\nod32kui.exe (WAITSERVICE)
Loaded from: HKEY_LM\Run

Is this ok or how can I remove from it from my startup

It's OK. You can leave it. It is part of how NOD32 starts up when the computer boots. More specifically, the process of how the Control Center is loaded.
