Download VideoInspector here and see whether the file is corrupt. If it is OK please advise which codecs you have on your PC?

Try these programs:

FREE Codecs
http://www.free-codecs.com

VideoLan
Real Alternative
Media Player Classic
Quicktime Alternative

Get the VideoLan 1st. That will normally work when all else fails.

Also, when posting issues, make sure to include programs in which you have tried or not, to better help you.

Agreed with Walkman, sounds like a missing CODEC!
If all else fails, hit the reset button.

That Video Lan Player is my best friend. Had a movie on one computer and streamed it over the network to a different computer hooked to a tv. Super compatible with tons of videos.
