Downloader-bai!m711 Detected And Quarentined Need logs checked

McAfee upgraded it's Security Center. During the upgrade, a McAfee window popped up alerting me that I had mail and did I want to look at it. Of course, it was spam and having a feeling something might have gotten in, I did a scan immediately after the upgrade. McAfee detected Downloader-BAI!M711 and quarentined it. I had McAfee remove the infected file.

I then did the following...

Scanned with show hidden files and folders enabled and hide protected operating system files and hide extentions for known file types disabled:

Trend Micro online detected Adware_BHOT_SBSoft (1 infection)

BitDefender online detected nothing.

In safe mode:

AVG Anti-Spyware detected Downloader.Win32.Digstream and quarentined it.

Ran ATF (Atribune Temp File) Cleaner

Would like to run CCleaner, but need some guidance as to what to check off.

Computer seems to be running normal. There have been no pop-ups, or alerts/warnings. I would really appreciate it if someone could take a look at my log to see if it's clean and instruct me as to if there is anything more I should do.
