Screen Shot/forum Copying Screen shot to Forum

I have for some time wondered how you can copy a screen shot to a Forum
I use FastStone Capture to take the shot,i find it a good and easy application,but how do i get the image onto a forum like Bleepingcomputer for anybody to see.
You help and guidance would be appreciated.
