Office 03 should work fine.
Dreamweaver 8 works. A couple of things looked a little weird, but it worked.
Firefox works perfect.

Norton 07 (if this is the antivirus) had issues when Vista was released. The issues may have been worked out by now - check the Symantec site.
AVG Free and AVG PayFor work fine
TrendMicro PCCillin works
Webroot Spysweeper works
I've heard that Avast also works.

Most of those programs will work w/o issue as long as you install and run them as administrator and set them compatability for XP Service Pack 2.
BTW, Before installing Norton. Make certain that you install the Trial version from the symantec website and then install the Retail version over that.
Best Regards.
