Hello Guys:

Which AGP dual output video card (INEXPENSIVE & DECENT) would you guys recommend for Vista Ultimate?
BTW, this is NOT for GAMING, just general use.

TIA

Heres the problem.... if you get a new video card for Vista you are going to want to get one that supports DX10. Not a lot of games support it yet, but they will start coming out soon enough.

The problem with DX10 is that only the newer, more expensive, cards support it as of right now.

To make it more difficult, AGP is a dieing breed when it comes to video cards. Most video cards these days are PCI Express. Also expensive is subjective when it comes to video cards.

This card though is very good:

If you're not gaming, DX10 support isn't really needed so that shouldn't be an issue. Needing an AGP card will pose a challenge. If all you want is to run Vista with Aero I suggest any of the ATI Radeon line 9600 and up. In this range, there are cards with AGP support for under $100.
