Hello, this is my first posting so please forgive me if I have a problem with the description.
I have a Logitech QuickCam Ultra Vision. I running Windows XP. When I am using Skype my audio output has a very loud overwhelming static/feedback/choppy noise. It is so bad that I have to turn the speakers off. The video feed if fine. I have deinstalled Skype & Windows Live messenger and the software for the QuickCam. I have followed the instructions for the audio set up to the T. Then I went back through the set over and over just to make sure that I didn't miss anything. This problem also happens if I am recording a video/audio message in the QuickCam program with my iTunes playing. Once I shut the iTunes off the problem goes away. When I am using Skype to contact someone the problem is always there even when I don't have any other programs running. If someone has any advice to give I would appreciate the input.
Thank you,
curious_gary
I am going to run a spyware scan while I wait.
