There is a town in Indiana called Storey. My uncle and I were traveling and saw many signs announcing the town, yet we never saw it. My uncle said that a story is a yarn, and when you put a lot of yarns together you've got knittin', and that's nuthin'

Since this thread is about 'nothing', its seems that's what I have to talk about. -------------------- |

that being said... has anyone else read the book "Musashi"? I started to read a book about Miyamoto Musashi. Not sure if it was the same one you're talking about. Haven't finished it yet. Edit: By the way, Great thread! This post has been edited by BanditFlyer: Feb 10 2007, 03:58 AM |

Came across this while browsing the net, just though I'd share:
OAKLAND , (CA)--Oakland Raiders football practice was delayed nearly two hours today after a player reported finding an unknown white powdery substance on the practice field. Head coach Art Shell immediately suspended practice and called the police and federal investigators. After a complete analysis, FBI forensic experts determined that the white substance unknown to Raider players was the GOAL LINE. Practice resumed after special agents decided the team was unlikely to encounter the substance again. This post has been edited by tink536: Feb 10 2007, 04:55 AM -------------------- |

I have good vibes about this thread, and can see a bright future for it.I believe it fills a Niche on the forums, that was lacking. In between having to create a new Topic just to post something short and simple,to spending hours in Chat Rooms with so much less exposure.A lot of us don't frequent Chat Rooms, anymore.
Five Stars from me. -------------------- |

Well the "pair of you "going so many times offtopic made me realize there is a huge need for this thread. Call it the Betty Ford clinic of this forum.. To which 'pair' are you referring to? -------------------- |

Well the "pair of you "going so many times offtopic made me realize there is a huge need for this thread. Call it the Betty Ford clinic of this forum.. Often going off topic was as much fun as the Topic itself.Remember one Member posting to say they had never seen a Topic go off Topic so far,but don't stop as they were enjoying the battle of wits. The one I remember best was when I was trying to destroy your ##$%$##$Panda.Thought I had the biggest gun made ,and then tg1911 helped me with a nuclear Bomb.It was all in fun. Can't remember what the original Topic was even about. -------------------- |

I want to contribute as I feel that is the least I could do. And, never let it be said that I did not do the least I could do:)
