Um, the government does not own the Internet, nor do they have any specific rights to it. The original ARPAnet was created by a goverment funded agency, which incidentally, is the same agency that handled early research into space traval... maybe read that first FAQ and see what you think then.

I read once on the Internet that Osama Bin Ladden is alive and well and doing a nightclub act in Vegas.....
