I'd guess it is either 680i SLI or 590 SLI based, at $200-$300 price range. The reason for the price is that it is a VoodooPC computer. It is the computer-world equivalent of a Ferrari, with the brand and all associated bragging rights and customer service.

i guess, i also found that the computers cpu costs around 850 dollars. (god damn) its a quad core so i guess its cool but its also almost unnessisary. but i guess whats nessisary about a ferari right?

wow. That is one OVER the TOP rig.
But I'd love it! You're right, unless you are planning one crazy server, quad-core is pretty much useless. In the future though, multi-thread processing will become more and more common. We're pretty much at the limit with clock speeds, that's the reason for the push to dual and multicore today. -------------------- ![]() |
