I have an older Belkin wireless usb adapter and I worked for hours to get it to work. I kicked myself when I found out it wasn't working because I was only brodcasting wireless-g signals when it only supported B and it doesn't support WAP keys. The other problems I randomly have with it are usually fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers.

tried to re-install the device.......says: device not working properly because Windows cannot load the files(ndis.VXD, ntkern.VXD, ndis.VXD) that loads the drivers for the device (code8)
Please insert the windows 98 disk....................BUT i do not have the disk....is there anyway around this? |

You'll need the Win98 disk to progress further. You should be able to find one cheap online.
