Could be many things.
Start be looking thru this Micro$oft KB article Here.

When the error comes up, the mshtml.dll file is listed.

Does anyone know any way to solve this problem, downloading a new mshtml.dll file etc?

thanks

Open an ms-dos prompt window (Start/Run),and type the following, and press enter.
A message will appear stating that this has been registered successfully.

regsvr32 Mshtml.dll

Decscription of Internet Explorer Error Reporting Tool

If that didn't help then I'd check for Spyware/ Malware etc.
