Slow Sound Responding While Playing Games Need some help here

I face a problem while i was playing games, i noticed tht the sound does not match the game scene , it respond slow. anyone can help?

Try updating:
1) the game
2) the sound drivers
3) the video drivers

This could also be caused by not having enough resources to process the sound in a timely manner - some system specs along with what games you're playing would help us out.
