Morrowind freezing making loud beeping noise

I think my computer fufills alll the requirements to plays but it wont.

That looks as though it meets the requirements. Is the beeping sound coming from your external speakers or your PC's internal speaker (the one that beeps when the computer starts)? Although the video card barely meets requirements, I don't think that is it. Have you downloaded all patches for the game and your computer?
