I just downloaded Google Web Bar with a Pop up blocker built-in.
Does any one have an opinion on this software and any other pop up blockers.
So far this one seems OK.

The best pop-up blocker I've found:

Click Logo
Firefox

Also POW!, from AnalogX, is pretty good.

I agree with tg1911, Firefox is great

I also use Googlebar when I have to use IE.

For extra I use Proxomitron which is excellent.

I also have FireFox and it works well.
One issue I did have with it, and the reason I went back to IE for most surfing, is it hung up everytime I tried to open a PDF document...maybe there is a fix..or it is local to my computer..anyways thanks for the replies so far.

I use the Mozilla Suite, and have no popups; using either web browser should eliminate popups as well as the need for extra applications to do what a browser should do in the first place. FF is small, easy to install, and simply imports IE favourites; it is faster and certainly more secure than MS browsers.
Cheers,
John
