1. Do you have your motherboard cd?. if so, you may need to run it.
2. Do you see your ports listed in the Device Manager? When you download Everest, download version 1.51. For some reason they reduced the number of features in version 2.02 and version 2.2

Can you peek inside the case and see if the cables from the USB ports are hooked to the motherboard?
