Posted Image When posting a log please put the type of infection you have in the topic title. IE: Winfixer, Virtumonde, WinTools, WebSearch, Home Search Assistant, etc.

we received a new pc to replace old one that overheated. IE runs mega slowly and we keep getting a norton warning that w32.spybot.worm has been quarantined, but cannot locate any info regarding it.

adaware, spybot and spysweeper all say i am clean (other than the occasional tracking cookie)

Any help would be appreciated... TIA

And I'll be happy to look at it for you.

I also need to see a different type of log from Hijackthis:
  • Run Hijackthis.
  • Click on "Open the Misc Tools section".
  • Next click on "Open uninstall manager".
  • Press the button 'save list'. It will open a Notepad file.
  • Place the content of that file here in your next reply.
