I'm using windows xp pro on a dell latitude d505 laptop. my built-in network card isnt working, so i bought an external USB one. i installed it (using the cd), but it doesnt connect when i plug the internet cable in it. it doesnt respond; it behaves as though there's nothing in it. i checked for an on switch, but there's nothing. the box has a website on it "www.entermultimedia.com" what should i do? thanks, ghady Moderator Edit: Moved topic to more appropriate forum. ~ Animal This post has been edited by Animal: Jan 13 2007, 08:06 PM -------------------- "Did you know that before Kevin was a novelist, he worked at a recycling center?" - J. yea, that's the thing.. there's NOTHING written except that website (refer to 1st post), and the words "USB LAN" and "world of tech. expertize" (yes, with a z not an s). maybe that's why it didnt work.
and the specifications are on the back -------------------- "Did you know that before Kevin was a novelist, he worked at a recycling center?" - J. Maroney

Cruise around the www.entermultimedia.com website to see if you can find it. If so, we may be able to work with that.

There's no information that I can get from the site. I'd suggest returning it, or getting technical assistance from them.
