Hey,

I'm using windows xp pro on a dell latitude d505 laptop. my built-in network card isnt working, so i bought an external USB one. i installed it (using the cd), but it doesnt connect when i plug the internet cable in it. it doesnt respond; it behaves as though there's nothing in it. i checked for an on switch, but there's nothing.

the box has a website on it "www.entermultimedia.com"

what should i do?
thanks,
ghady

yea, that's the thing.. there's NOTHING written except that website (refer to 1st post), and the words "USB LAN" and "world of tech. expertize" (yes, with a z not an s). maybe that's why it didnt work.

and the specifications are on the back

Cruise around the www.entermultimedia.com website to see if you can find it. If so, we may be able to work with that.

There's no information that I can get from the site. I'd suggest returning it, or getting technical assistance from them.
