Express Upgrade Program

hello,
I bought a new laptop and am eligable for a free upgrade to Vista. However whenever I go to fulfill the upgrade, I get a message:

"An internal error has occurred. Please try again later".

It's through Toshiba...... what should I do? Should I just conctact Toshiba?

Hi Jess.
I take it you're using the Toshiba Upgrade Redemtion Site?
It's probably just a server error. (busy or down). You could try again later, do it by mail or by phone.
You have until 3-15-07 to redeem it. More info here if you need it.
According to Toshiba, you'll get your cd "when available", whatever that means. They say 6-8 weeks.

do you know if you need to pay for the Vista Upgrade? I was told I didn't....

Thanks man. I submitted my order but now I get an error message saying my order is not valid or something like it! Grrr.... the trials one must go through

You shouldn't be able to order it prior to the release of Vista on January 30th.
