I was receiving an error message when I tried to run defender(Application failed to initialize: 0x800106ba. From your forum section I tried the following fix. I have tried the windows installer cleanup utility and have removed my old version and down loaded the latest version, but when I try to run the defender program I get an error message: The application has failed to start because MSVCR80.dll. Any suggestions? Thanks
