I've had this topic on other forums. It never ends well.

In a battle on a space-age pirate ship, who would win?

The meteorite that smashes into the ship and destroys it would win. This is because no one is at the controls while doing this insane battle in the deepest darkest reaches of space.

OH! Well I have to say the Pirates. Of Course! And I gotta believe that the meteor passes by. Leaving the Pirates to fight yet another day.

Konichiwa!
I think it would be hard to beat a "Space Ninja" (as I've already seen "Ice Pirates")

There would be no winners, not even carrion eaters or electronics thieves.

You forgot the zombies and monkeys.

Anything with robots, ninjas, pirates, zombies or monkeys is cool. That's common knowledge. Oh, and Pirates of the Carribean is the coolest since it has a pirate zombie monkey.

Yeah... Too bad it wasn't a Cyborg-pirate zombie ninja monkey.

But a ninja easily wins. They could kill the entire pirate crew in a matter of minutes, without getting seen once. Stealth is key, because if the pirates don't know where you are, they can't win.

I knew people would mostly vote for ninjas for their speed, shurikens, cool suit... but we all know it's nothing compared to a laser gun of the robots.

What kind of robots? Like the sissy ones from I-Robot (with Will Smith), or real robots like from Terminator (that first movie scared me when I was a kid because that stupid terminator wouldn't die...missing it's body from the waste down and missing one arm....kept going............let's see a pirate or ninja top that!). :flowers:

EDIT: Oh yeah, my vote is for robots...unless their sissy robots, then I vote for the zombie monkey that Mr Alpha was talking about

War produces veterans, wounded both physically and mentally. They have sacrificed for us.....and it is now our job to help these veterans, as they have already helped us in ways we will never know, in ways that we cannot fathom, and in ways that we take granted every day.

Robots is my vote. Probably relentless, emotionless.physically more durable (possible strength and hardness, endurance) don't breathe oxygen (in case of a hull breach).

I'm voting against robots - they rust too easily (the ship is space-age, not in space!)
