Adaware Stops Responding At Same File Adaware settings problem

Heeloo.
I am trying to find out why Adaware keeps stopping at the same file :
c:program files\yahoo!\messenger\media\Smileys

I have run it in safe mode and followed tips on configuring it from various places, but it still keeps stopping in the same place. I am free of spyware and viruses, as far as any of my scanners are concerned anyway!What can I do to get adaware past this point., any help would be great, thank you.
