Javascript Problems With Ie6

On some sites, I get a "you need to enable Javascript or you need to have at least Flash Player X to view this" message on parts of the page, but on others that use Javascript it's completely fine.

Some sites that don't work for me for example (and at one time did):

Gamespot.com
G4tv.com
youtube.com

They just quit working (some parts of them anyway). Today I did erase some files off my computer, but nothing related to IE or anything. Anyhelp?
