Resolution Notice How to remove

When playing any of my games a blue resolution pop up keeps appearing advising me to change my resolution . How can I get rid of this.

What game is this? This screen is usually caused by the game itself and not by Windows.

I agree. It is the games that is causing the problem, not windows, However, I get this blue screen when playing Ship simulator, Hoyles card games and other applications which I have downloaded. I know its possible to delete the resolution warnng in the registry, but not being a computer buff I don't know how
